The Deposit

Permitting
Since Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) are classified as residential properties, obtaining the necessary permits is required.
LNC Homes will guide you through the permitting process, assisting with approvals from your local government and homeowners association (HOA).

Foundation & Site Preparation
Once the necessary permits are secured, we can begin trenching, foundation work, and utility preparations.
Proper site preparation is essential for a successful installation. Whether you need a custom foundation or a standard concrete base, LNC Homes will provide expert guidance throughout the entire process.

Utility Connections
This process takes place after the unit is delivered and during installation.
Connecting utilities is one of the final steps. Once the utilities are in place and trenches are refilled, your Casita will be move-in ready within hours.

Installation & Roofing
Once your home arrives on-site, the unpacking process will begin, carefully unfolding the structure to reveal its full layout.
