Maria McArthur – CEO & CFO

Maria McArthur, the driving force behind LNC Homes, has been a leader in the residential real estate industry for over 30 years. She manages the company from its corporate headquarters in Boulder Creek, California. Before founding LNC Homes, Maria was the owner and CEO of Skyline QBM, a commercial maintenance company serving the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California.

Maria is honored to be the first Genesis Homes Builder/Developer approved by Champion Home Builders in Northern California. She is also a registered new manufactured home dealer with the California Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) and a factory-certified BOXABL Dealer for California and Idaho.

Tom Decker – Regional Director & DRE Broker of Record

With over 40 years of experience in residential development, construction, and marketing, Tom Decker brings a wealth of expertise to LNC Homes. His extensive background in residential finance and deep knowledge of factory-built and site-built housing make him an invaluable asset to our team.
